Ecken Biotope |
|
The Ecken Biotope, on the Folgaria plateau, is a small corner of uncontaminated nature.
It is situated in the suburbs of Costa next to the Maso Spilzi Golf Course. It is the last and only Trentino biotope at an altitude of over 1000 m (1250 m) and for this reason is a protected area. Within the area the Parks and Forest service of the Provincia Autonoma di Trento has traced a visitors’ path and built an observation platform.
In summer and winter guided tours are available with the personnel of the Trentino environmental education network. |
